Requirement: An experienced FULL-TIME tutor for this male student. He has mild ADHD and tends to be hypoactive, with difficulty maintaining focus and sustaining attention - tutor must be firm, patient and encouraging, with experience teaching students with similar learning profiles. Looking for a tutor who can provide structured lessons to strengthen his Chinese (MT) foundation and language proficiency; teach comprehension skills including answering techniques, speed reading and identifying key information accurately; and give step-by-step guidance on composition and email writing (his weaker areas), including writing techniques, vocabulary building and regular practice to improve his writing speed and written expression. Tutor should also build his confidence and enjoyment of the language, and help him develop effective exam strategies for his G2 Chinese examinations. More flexible scheduling available during school holidays. Lessons to start in 2027.

Rate: $45-$65/hr. Justify asking hourly rate with qualifications, experience, and track record. Do not overquote!
